Nestled in the heart of the historic village of Morston, Church Cottage is a traditional flint cottage ideal for family gatherings or group holidays in North Norfolk. Adjacent to the grade II listed All Saints Church and a short stroll from the Morston Salt Marshes, this beautiful holiday home offers a sense of calm and relaxation with incredible dog walks on the doorstep.

A blissfully relaxing home from home with space for everyone
DOWNSTAIRS
Downstairs there is plenty of space to socialise or to seek out a quiet corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to rustle up family meals and the dining room is next door with its roomy table that extends to seat ten, along with a high chair for younger guests. Located at the heart of the cottage, it’s a great room to pop your dog’s bed if they like to keep an eye on comings and goings.
The inviting sitting room, with its crackling open fire, has plenty of comfy seating so chilled-out evenings are guaranteed whether you choose to put your feet up and chat or play a board game or two. Alternatively, take a seat in the snug, it’s a great place to watch the TV or a DVD (there are plenty to choose from) or open up the patio doors so your four-legged friends can explore the secure walled garden while you curl up and relax with a good book.
UPSTAIRS
The four bedrooms sleep eight guests in total. The master bedroom has a sumptuous super king bed, while the second bedroom also has a super king bed with the addition of a cot for anyone travelling with a young child. Both have views over the church and fields to the marshes beyond. There’s also a lovely twin bedroom and a bunk room with full-size single beds, making it ideal for both children and adults.

Snug: Wide screen TV with HDTV, Sky, DVD, video, iPod dock and a selection of family games. French doors leading out onto the patio.
Dining Room: Extendable oak table to seat 10, wood-burner and access to the patio and garden.

Dry logs supplied and fires freshly laid for your arrival.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedrooms: Two super-king double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bedroom with adult-sized bunk beds and travel cot.
Family bathroom: Large double ended bath, drench shower, w/c and wash basin.
All of the beds have high quality pocket sprung mattresses. Pillows, bedlinen, towels and complimentary bathroom accessories are all from The White Company.

Well equipped for children, toddlers and babys with travel cot, stair gates, high chair, bed guard, night light, booster steps, trainer seats, plastic beakers and plates.

DOGS
Three canine companions are welcome to join you at Church Cottage for a small fee of £20 per dog per stay. Dog bowls are kept at the property but please bring everything else – bed, blankets, towels, toys and treats – with you. There is an outside hot and cold tap with an extra large bucket to wash down mucky pups and a kennel if they need to dry off or would like a touch of shade in the summer months. Four-legged friends must remain downstairs and off the furniture.
